For video playback through the web, please use any of these browsers:
- Internet Explorer 11 or EDGE
- Google Chrome
Be sure you are up to date with Windows updates if you are using IE 11.
If videos will not play despite having the required system setup please double check to see if a firewall or corporate firewall is in place that may be blocking the streaming of media.
Important Update: Due to a change with Flash used in IE we can no longer support playback on Windows 7 using IE. You must use Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Unfortunately this means that video play back in our Desktop Application will not work for users on Windows 7 unless they have purchased an offline course.
