As you know Autodesk will routinely update programs with improvements and fixes. Normally the impact is minimal, however for the latest update to Revit 2018 the changes they made resulted in our in app video player no longer being supported. This generates an error message when launching Revit if you are set to view videos in application instead of through the browser. 

We have released a new plug in solution to work around this issue. Please uninstall the current plug in application, and if you have it the CADLearning Windows Desktop application. Then install our new solution found here: https://www.cadlearning.com/downloads#desktop
